Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund: Disclosure of Invitation Letter to 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders on Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund Website

                As BBL Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the 
Management Company of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF)
(the "Fund") has set the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Unitholders of the
Fund on 25 April 2022, at 14.00 hrs. (the system will open for attending the
meeting at 12:00 hrs.) by way of electronic meeting (E-AGM) in accordance with
relevant laws and announcements related to electronic meetings.
The Management Company would like to inform that the Management Company has 
already disclosed the Invitation Letter and related documents thereof, including
the 2021 annual report of the Fund, on the website of the Fund at
www.supereif.com since 28 March 2022 onwards. Such documents are the same
documents that were delivered to the unitholders by post.
